heyitsblaike said: I'm 100% sure McDonalds fries contain both dairy and beef flavoring. Let everyone know...

adviceforvegans:

In 2012 McDonalds stopped using actual beef fat to flavour their chips. However, instead they use an artificial flavouring which does indeed contain dairy. This is only in the USA. In the UK, the chips are 100% potato and salt, cooked in rapeseed oil. Please do signal boost this though everyone because I’d hate to see a US vegan getting this confused.

In the usa they cook their fries and hashbrowns in burger grease. I worked there, I would know. They save the grease from the burgers to filter and use on the fries.
